Shipping policy

All sales of tubers and cuttings are final at the time an order is placed; orders cannot be cancelled or changed after submission. Shipments scheduled by the customer for times of expected extreme heat, frost, heavy rain, or other hazardous conditions are made at the customer’s sole risk. Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon shipment transferring to the shipment service for delivery or as otherwise provided by the carrier’s terms of service. We package products using industry-standard methods to protect viability in transit but cannot guarantee survival once the shipment has left our control. The Seller is not responsible for weather conditions that may affect shipments during travel, nor planting, post-delivery care, horticultural results, pests, disease development, or environmental impacts after delivery.
